The GREENFIT project aims to equip manufacturing industry employees with sustainability skills to support the green transition. Through vocational education and training, the project will develop sustainability experts, create a multilingual e-learning platform, and conduct pilot training programs. This initiative will address skill shortages, enhance workforce adaptability, and promote sustainable practices, contributing to climate change mitigation and industry resilience.

The GREENFIT project will assess sustainability skill gaps, develop multilingual e-learning modules, and train 12 sustainability experts. It will conduct pilot training for 100 professionals from 50 companies, supporting green transition strategies. Industry engagement, onsite training, and dissemination events will ensure impact. Evaluation, monitoring, and integration into curricula will sustain long-term adoption, fostering a resilient, sustainable workforce across four countries.

The GREENFIT project will produce a multilingual e-learning platform, sustainability training modules, and 12 certified experts.
