Through training programs, mentorship initiatives, and digital career exploration tools, the project will enhance youth employability, innovation capacity, and cross-sector collaboration, ensuring long-term career opportunities in the evolving digital economy.

Activities

The project will implement training programs, hackathons, industry networking events, and digital career mentoring initiatives, engaging young people in technology and digitalization-focused career pathways. Key activities include the Youth Tech Hackathon, Science and Technology Festival, AI-Powered Career Storytelling Hub, and structured mentorship programs, ensuring practical skill development, professional exposure, and sustainable career-building opportunities for participants.

Impact

The project will produce tangible outcomes such as the AI-Powered Career Storytelling Hub, Youth Tech Engagement Report, and structured mentorship programs, equipping young people with digital skills, career readiness, and access to professional networks.
