▶Objectives
WISE.AI addresses a key European challenge: how to combine digital inclusion, social participation and ecological transition for vulnerable adults. The project has a dual ambition: to strengthen adult educators with innovative, inclusive & sustainable teaching methods and to empower excluded adults to use AI & digital tools as levers for autonomy, employability, active citizenship, equal opportunities and lifelong learning across Europe.
▶Activities
The project unfolds in four coherent steps. First, effective management and coordination ensure progress and consistency. Second, the WISE.AI Facilitators’ Handbook is co-created and tested with adult learners to validate methods. Third, national workshops in three countries combine training for educators and practice-based ecological learning for vulnerable adults. Finally, parallel seminars disseminate results, mobilise local communities and support long-term transfer.
▶Impact
WISE.AI will directly train 30 educators and support 100 vulnerable adults across three countries. Tangible outputs include a multilingual Handbook, training modules and pilot workshops. The project will create a European community of practice and strengthen resilience of adult education systems. Long-term, it offers transferable methods that reflect EU values of solidarity, equal access, sustainability and civic participation.
