▶Objectives
The project aims to equip VET learners, NEETs, and disadvantaged adults with green and digital skills in sustainable gastronomy. By focusing on zero-waste cooking, circular menu design, and food-waste tracking, it strengthens employability, supports SMEs in reducing waste, and contributes to the EU’s priorities on inclusion, digitalisation, and the green transition.
▶Activities
The consortium will deliver four main activities: Zero-Waste Gastronomy Workshops (Spain), Circular Food Labs (Romania), Digital Skills for Green Chefs Training (Malta), and Showcase Festivals with an OER Platform (Türkiye). Each partner leads one activity, ensuring balanced roles. Outputs include recipes, case studies, policy briefs, and a free digital platform.
▶Impact
Expected results include a Circular Gastronomy Toolkit, a Zero-Waste Recipe Bank with 24 recipes, eight SME case studies, three policy briefs, and a multilingual OER platform. At least 80 learners gain green and digital competences, 16 SMEs test outputs, and 500 stakeholders access results. The project delivers long-term impact through curriculum integration, SME adoption, and policy uptake.
