▶Objectives
The project aims to strengthen the quality and recognition of youth work by equipping youth workers with a practical, game-based toolkit for social-emotional learning (SEL). It supports adolescents in building resilience, empathy, and emotional regulation, while helping youth workers address challenges such as bullying, group conflict, and mental health struggles.
▶Activities
Key activities include a co-design seminar, expert review, and toolkit adaptation; local prototype testing; production of 300 decks plus a free print-and-play version; youth worker training and mentoring; local multiplier events; and broad dissemination through conferences, networks, and an online campaign.
▶Impact
The project will deliver Our Feelings Deck (300 printed sets, 65% to NGOs), a free print-and-play version, and a mini-manual. Results include 20 trained youth workers, 20 multiplier events (200–400 youth), 6 dissemination conferences (300–600 professionals), and 6 case studies. With 25 dissemination partners, the toolkit could indirectly reach 15,000–30,000 youth, boosting innovation and quality in youth work across Europe.
