DIGEM aims to boost adult employability by equipping job seekers and educators with sustainable digital competences, AI literacy, and digital wellbeing awareness. Through co-creation, capacity building, and innovative resources, the project empowers adults—particularly in digital and creative industries—to access labour market opportunities responsibly, ethically, and sustainably.

DIGEM will map resources on sustainable digital competences, develop a co-created Interactive Toolkit, and deliver train-the-trainer and job seeker workshops. It will run awareness campaigns, foster cross-border knowledge exchange, and conclude with a final conference and report. These activities ensure scalability, relevance, and long-term impact for adult education and employability.

DIGEM will produce a Sustainable Digital Skills Toolkit co-created with trainers, job seekers, and industry experts. At least 9 staff will be trained, 75 job seekers upskilled, and 500 stakeholders engaged through awareness actions. A policy brief and Final Report will influence adult education strategies, ensuring uptake of integrated digital-green competences and strengthening employability pathways across Europe.
