Summary

Many factors contribute to health and well-being. What matters is not only the diet we use, but also physical activity. Physical activity is very important in every person's life, regardless of how old he or she is. Due to the large number of disciplines and forms of sport, everyone will definitely find something for themselves. Physical effort improves the condition, appearance of our figure, and prevents the development of many diseases. Sport also have an educational impact encouraging school attendance and a desire to succeed academically. It can be evidenced that participation in sport contributes to improve motor skills development and performance and educational potential. This shows the positive relationship between being involved in physical activities and psychosocial development. Through participation in sport young people learn about the importance of key values such as honesty, fair play, teamwork, respect for themselves and others and adherence to rules. We have used sport to provide healthy alternatives to deviant behavior such as drug abuse, violence and instead develop social and cultural participation and active citizenship. The main objectives of this project were: engage young people in sport, together with psychological and emotional development, social inclusion, equal opportunities and awareness of the importance of health-enhancing physical activity, the project has aimed to further develop social inclusion and psychosocial development through sport. During the project we took care of the objectives by:1. Organising sporting activities and competitions, in participating countries and at European level, to engage young Europeans in experiencing and then further developing their sporting skills.2. Utilising the experience and skills of “famous sports men and women” within the European Union through their active involvement in the sports infrastructure and those institutions providing sporting experiences and coaching. 3. Organizing sports events "sports week" , "Sports day" and a conference. The implementation of the project included preparation, planning, development and piloting as well as reporting and dissemination.A steering group was created, assigned to the task leader for specific results. Partners set up the rules for Output 2: MasterClass videos. These master classes are not only addressed to improve sports practice, but also young people promote individuals’ rounded development, particularly in terms of inclusive practices, current societal changes related to health, and the importance of encouraging participation in a healthy, active lifestyle. The coordinator was responsible for managerial tasks such as signing a partner agreement for the project and grant division among partners. The coordinator prepared all major documents to ensure smooth running of the project: Work Plan with TIMEFRAME of the project, documents such Quality, Management, Financial Plans. Tasks were also assigned to partners. All partners organized a sports day and activities promoting sport. The partners established national teams to carry out project activities, presented the project to their institutions, sports clubs, schools and other interested parties. Groups of national participants prepared themselves for the implementation of the project and the best solution for their own tasks. Sports activities took place systematically in a variety of modern and attractive forms, depending on the seasons. They took place at sports facilities available in the commune, adapted to conduct sports activities, as well as in places where it was possible to safely conduct them in the field. Joint sports activities integrated students, they also involved teachers in joint activities. Classes gave them the opportunity to develop and improve physical fitness, prevent postural defects, and encourage them to systematically practice sport in a time free of study and active lifestyle.
