We have gathered athletes more or less experienced in the practice of visual deficient fencing, we have built camaraderie links, we have exchanged despite the dam of the language, we have shared our methodologies of work and teaching . We have been able to write a joint regulation that already allows us to structure the practice of deficient visual fencing in each of our respective countries, in Europe and internationally.
