The โEuropean sports Volunteering for health promotion, social inclusion and equality through sport for allโ - MOVE Project work program implemented has allowed the systematization and management of activities and the interrelation of human, financial, material and technological aspects. this made management more efficient and effective, ensuring the achievement of the objectives.From the beginning of the project, a management committee was created that was in charge of monitoring and ensuring the correct development of the work plan. A quality committee was also created that was in charge of carrying out internal evaluations on the quality of the intellectual results, as well as proposing actions for continuous improvement.The most appropriate means and methods have been used for effective and efficient communication and management. The coordinating entity has acted as a channel of communication and information generated during the project.The coordinating entity has also been responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities with the rest of the partners.The decisions that have affected the execution of the project have been taken jointly by the management committee. This has allowed a great participation and involvement of all partners and the exchange of best practices and knowledge.The actions included in the work program have been subject to continuous monitoring, control and evaluation by the coordinating entity and the partners. The consortium has tried to achieve the most effective and efficient management and a better use of the resources assigned to the project.Different office automation tools have been used to facilitate the development and monitoring of the work program, allowing better use of resources.The main added value of the MOVE project is the specification of the profile of the sports volunteer coordinator / facilitator. Having this profile identified within the organizations will allow a more effective and efficient management of volunteering.
