Within the scope of the Mobility workshops, experts in various fields offered a non-formal education to target groups on: laws and national strategies for non-profits; good governance in sport; management of the sport on local, regional and national level; rofessional development and education of administrative staff – possibility of dual careers for athletes; funding of sport organizationa through national and EU programmes; Low budget and free marketing tools; gender equality in sports and inclusion of disabled persons and volunteers.Through organized Mobility workshops, target groups were presented with possibilities for non – profit organizations, managers, staff and volunteers and collected examples of good practices between participating countries, resulting in the success of all project partner organizations in soft skill upgrade of the participants. All directly or indirectly involved stakeholders such as kinesiologists, sports organisations, national and local government representatives wholeheartedly supported the project, on their specific professional grounds. The project contributed to a facilitated communication with the decision-makers who proposed adequate measures for promoting additional education of sport organizations staff, managers and volounteers. The innovative element was the inclusion of target groups in the Mobility workshops, which proved to be a strong support in gaining new skills for the administrative staff in the field of EU and national funding, connecting organizations activities with other industries (e.g. tourism), but also in the development of new initiatives in the field of formal education of sports administrative staff in order to create new job positions and new educational possibilities.Second, owing to project activites, target group gained new kind of non-formal knowledge in media and PR, not common in other non formal educations.
