Summary

In Villages on the Move Network five partners from 4 different EU-countries were sharing good practices in promoting HEPA -health enhancing physical activity by means of CULTURE OF EXPERIMENTATION.The partners were South Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, Xamk as coordinator (Kaakkois-Suomen ammattikorkeakoulu), Finland Coordinating the project.Southern Savo Sports Federation, ESLi (Etelä-Savon Liikunta), FinlandUniversity College Leuven Limburg, UCLL, Belgium Univeristy College Leiria, IPLeiria, Portugal (Instituto Polytechnico Leiria) Kaunas University of Applied Sciences, KUAS, Lithuania (Kauno Kolegija) We organised four project meetings and seminars presenting findings of promoting physically active life style for different groups with special needs.The themes of the seminars were Young people, Children, Adults and Elderly.The project offered an opportunity for local grass root sport actors to network and get ideas in international context.There was presentation from a young active volunteer from Mäntyharju, Finland, who has created with her friends a quite new dance competitions for beginners.There was a young teacher from Hirvensalmi, Finland, who is making quite unique work in Outdoor Education in Finland.There was a Parkour and Tennis activists from Belgium developing new training methods.There was a father from Portugal, who had developed with other parents a joyfull walking experience when going to school.There was enthusiastic Ultimate players from Portugal promoting the joy of sport. There was an elderly woman from Lithuania, who had created a discussion and activity group with her networks. We continued the development of sharing good ideas how to have joy of sports on our www-page's map application. All this we want to disseminate and tell in our networks in the Movement: Villages on the Move. The next project Villages on the Move GO has started in the beginnign of 2020.Please follow us on www.villagesonmove.com
