Background Support and promotion of Dual Careers of athletes matches with the several aims of the Europe 2020 Strategy:-prevention of early school leaving;-more graduates in higher education;-higher employability;-increase of economic activity of citizens;-it makes sport policies more efficient by keeping more talented and high-performance athletes in the sport system. Objectives The main aim of the project was to create Dual Career Guidelines and Manual for higher education institutions (HEI) and strengthen Dual Career policies in all EU countries, especially in the countries, where Dual Career policy is at early stage. During the project we have collected the best practices of different activities for students, which can help young students (for instance Career center services, psychologist services, Mentoring program for young students etc.) in their studies. Implementation During project were implemented practically all planned activities - except 4th transnational meeting at spring 2020 (because of pandemic situation) and some of Multiplier sport events were held online (also because of COVID restrictions). However, pandemic situation has underlined significance of the sport dual career exactly regarding possibility for distant learning or blended learning - universities have become more flexible for that studying model. Achievements There have been developed 2 Intellectual outputs: "Guidelines to Promote the Dual Career of Athletes-Students" and "Guidelines to promote the dual career of athletes-students: manual for authorities". Besides that project team implemented dual career promotional activities.
