Developing an Organisation Network for Table Soccer to Promote Inclusion and Novelty

Background Our association was born from the passion of a group of friends who decide to create an amateur sports association to promote the game of table football between able-bodied and disabled, considering our discipline an old game and a new sport. Objectives The aim of the project was to create, together with the European partners, unique rules for the game of table football between the disabled and able-bodied with a view to developing the sport also among young people with a reference to the history of table football itself. Implementation Due to the covid-19 pandemic we had to organize two online meetings with our European partners and we held an in-person meeting in Brussels at the headquarters of the Tuscany Region where we exposed all the issues and the results obtained. Achievements We have achieved the result of sharing and elaborating new rules for the game between able-bodied and disabled people that allow the univocal development among all European countries.
