Background SHE LEADS project addresses to encourage social inclusion and equal opportunities in sport, as its overall objective addresses to gender equality. Summing up the results of this analysis comes to the conclusion that within the three national alliances is the representation of women's guides at the level of about 33.5%. With the pursuit of gender equality and in this segment, we find it necessary to take steps in order to raise number of female outdoor guides in outdoor sports. Objectives OO: Reaching sustainable gender equality among guides in outdoor sportsSO1: To increase the number of female outdoor guides through sharing of good practices, learning, training, certification and advanced mobility.SO2: To encourage the participation of women in outdoor sport guiding activities SO3: To raise awareness among the active outdoor sports population SO4: To create a network of organizations from three European countries, promoting connections and exchange of good practices Implementation SHE LEADS project was implemented through activities of experience exchange, training and licensing and continuous raising of awareness of wider audience of mitigating gender inequality among outdoor sport professionals and volunteers. Four transnational in-person meetings together with theoretical and practical training process were the key activities for successful implementation of this project. Achievements High level of interaction on experience exchanges, 18 new trained and licensed female guides in Serbia, raised awareness of importance of gender equality in sports and the advantages of female approach in outdoor guiding activities. Over performance results in dissemination of project results in partner countries and firm commitment of partner organizations to make a wider network for future ideas and actions.
