StressLess - Education Through Sport for stress management and mindfulness

Background Project lasted 1.1.21- 30.6. 22. Target group were youth leaders, trainers, educators and coaches of partner organizations working with youth. During the project we planed 3 project meetings and local events. Due to pandemic we faced obstacles of limited staff mobility and lack of space where meetings and sports could be performed. Because situation with pandemic and measures changed quickly and unpredictably during first 12 months, it was very difficult to propose alternatives. Objectives Objectives achieved: * partners exchanged and collected 30 ETS methods for stress management and mindfulness* through live and online activites we promoted the benefits of sport for health, enhancing contribution to an inclusive and active society *using different on and offline tools we increase the organizations capacity to operate at transnational level in given topic. *Through all activities we promoted Erasmus+ Sport funding as an opportunity for exchange of good practices in sport Implementation Activities were divided in 5 WPs shared equaliy among partners related to their interest and expertize. Responsabilities are regulated by internal partner agreements. At the beginning all partners agreed on timeline proposed in the project proposal. Communication channel are open (e-mail, whatsapp, Slack). 3 TPMs were planned, we held two (1st and 3rd) and an online kick-off meeting. During lifecycle of the project, monitoring and evaluation wes done by responsable partner in planed stages. Achievements Partrners collected 30 ETS methods for stress management and mindfulness that can share and set it as an open source available for at least 5 years online, with manual of all methods and open social media channels. Partners achieved as well goals in local needs like work with migrants and people with fewer opportunities, additional care after earthquake in Zagreb, capacity building for coaches. We involved over 900 sport club members ,, approx 1300 persons participated in activities.
