Reinforce peer Education Programme Leadership, Action, Youth : promoting grassroots sport through E-Learning educational training success and social inclusion with accademic preparation.

Background Project RePlay 2.0 aimed to promote social inclusion and well-being through a sports mentoring program. It involved eight partner organizations, including grassroots sport clubs, universities, and NGOs. The project focused on recruiting sport students as mentors and grassroots volunteer coaches as mentees, benefiting disadvantaged children. RePlay 2.0 developed an e-learning platform and mentoring handbook, fostering knowledge exchange and capacity building. Objectives The main objectives of Project RePlay 2.0 were to foster social inclusion and well-being among disadvantaged children through a sports mentoring program. The project aimed to create a network of grassroots sport organizations, universities, and NGOs to recruit and train sport students as mentors and grassroots volunteer coaches as mentees. It sought to develop an e-learning platform and mentoring handbook, enabling knowledge exchange and capacity building. Implementation Project RePlay 2.0 was implemented through close collaboration among eight partner organizations. Each partner was assigned specific roles and tasks based on their expertise. The project team conducted research, developed intellectual outputs (IOs), and established an e-learning platform. Mentors and mentees were recruited from grassroots sport organizations and universities. The project organized mentoring sessions, training, and workshops to support the target groups.
