Background A successful collaboration was established by the Netherlands, Belgium and Slovenia to jointly organize the topsport events. This collaboration between East and West EU cultures brought new insights and together with Norway and Czech Republic the Volleyball Federations are motivated to extend the collaboration on grassroots development. Since youth, but also people with intellectual disabilities, show a decrease in development of fundamental movement skills, now is the time to get them involved. Objectives To increase physical activity of youth in the EU and to encourage inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities. We inspire youth with innovative sport programs and stimulate a healthy lifestyle by sport participation. Bring social change with focus on people with intellectual disabilities. Build stronger sport systems by strengthening staff of federations and clubs through high-quality programmes. Build a strong network with great potential for further collaboration between EU partners. Implementation Heroes on Tour inspires youth, educates about them on importance of physical activity and healthy lifestyle. With SchoolVolley+ kids play volleyball in a game like and approachable way at school. Volleyball Playground 4-6 yrs kids play multisport with special attention to ballgames. Action Volley: volleyball basics in an innovative way. E-Learning digital education of voluntary coaches to lead the activities in a safe way. G-Volley volleyball activities for people with intellectual disabilities. Achievements 338 Volleyball4All activities reaching 31.618 kids, 4.345 coaches, 1.053 clubs, 701 schools, 94 athletes, 2.757 people with mental disability, 213 board members. This was done via pilots, workshops, implementation at clubs, education of coaches, exchanging knowledge. There are manuals and video's of each activity in English and Dutch, and two E-Learning modules are established.
