โ–ถSummary

Background MLEA project addressed real-life and academically proven challenges that (former) athletes encounter at the end of their sport careers with entering the labour market without any or sufficient skills and knowledges to successfully transform from one role to the other. MLEA compensated this gap between careers by creating MLEA learning space that enables athletes online (micro)learning, on-demand, bite-sized, small learning units with just the necessary amount of information to help them strive. Objectives Objectives of MLEA project is: to determine entrepreneurial competences, knowledge and needs of (former) athletes by conducting and analysing results of a research on their entrepreneurial competences (in Croatia, Germany, Sweden, Serbia, Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina); to develop tailor-made, modular curriculum on entrepreneurship for (former) athletes; to develop gamified online educational micro-learning course on entrepreneurship for (former) athletes; and to develop MLEA learning space. Implementation MLEA was implemented through project phases: preparation, execution (i.e. implementation, monitoring, evaluation & dissemination) & closure. It was structured according to waterfall project methodology & organised in 6 work packages. 8 partners were involved: ZSEM, WHU, SSE, NOC HR, NOC BA, NOC RS, NOC SI & EUSA INS.
