1. The service

Xfunding (www.xfunding.io) is a data-driven EU funding discovery platform operated by Collective Innovation AS (Norway). It aggregates public EU data about funded projects, organisations and open funding calls, and provides search, comparison and partner-matching tools on top of that data. The platform is currently in beta and account registration is invite-only.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the platform for lawful purposes related to EU funding discovery, research and partnership building.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or circumvent usage limits.
• Automated scraping of the website is not permitted; use the documented API where access is provided.
• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Data and no-warranty

The information on Xfunding is derived from public EU sources (see Data Sources) and is provided “as is”, without warranty of completeness, accuracy or timeliness. Funding call deadlines, budgets and project details must always be verified against the official EU portals before you rely on them. Xfunding is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the European Union or the European Commission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collective Innovation AS is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information presented on the platform, including unsuccessful funding applications.

4. Intellectual property

The platform’s software, design and original content belong to Collective Innovation AS. Underlying EU data remains subject to its own licences (notably CC BY 4.0 for CORDIS content); nothing in these terms restricts rights granted by those licences.

5. Accounts and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may modify or discontinue features during the beta period.
